Individual Registration is now open. Please fill out the form below. If you are unsure of your team name, please ask your team captain. 

IMPORTANT: This year we are accepting individual registrations for players that do not currently have a team to play with. We will do our best to assign a team for all of these players. Please follow the steps in the form below to register as an individual.
